# Content Blocks: Build Every Section of Your Portfolio

> Explore every content block available in Folify — headers, projects, skills, experience, and more — and learn what each one is designed to show.

Folify portfolios are built from content blocks — modular sections you can mix and match to tell your story. Each block serves a specific purpose, and you can add as many or as few as your portfolio needs. Browse the full list of available blocks below to understand what each one holds and when to use it.

<Accordion title="Header Block">
  The first block visitors see when they land on your portfolio. It displays your name, title or role, avatar or profile photo, and a short bio. Use it to make a strong first impression and communicate who you are and what you do at a glance.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Projects Block">
  Showcase individual projects with a title, description, cover image, live link, and tags. Add as many projects as you like — each entry stands alone so visitors can browse your work at their own pace. Ideal for developers, designers, and anyone who wants to highlight specific deliverables.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Skills Block">
  List the technologies, tools, and languages you work with. You can include optional icons or proficiency indicators to give visitors a clear sense of your technical depth. Great for developers, data scientists, and engineers who want to surface their stack quickly.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Experience Block">
  Display your work history in a timeline format. Each entry holds your company name, role, start and end dates, and a description of what you did. Use it to walk visitors through your career and highlight the scope of your professional experience.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Education Block">
  List your academic background including degree name, institution, graduation year, and optional GPA. Works well alongside the Experience Block to give a complete picture of your background — especially useful for students and recent graduates.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Gallery Block">
  Display a grid of images showcasing your visual work. Ideal for designers, photographers, illustrators, and creatives who want visitors to see their output rather than just read about it. Each image in the grid can be clicked to view at full size.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Card Block">
  Highlight a single achievement, service offering, or important callout with a title, description, and optional link. Use Card Blocks to draw attention to something specific — an award, a featured service, or a key project — without building out a full Projects section.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Link Block">
  A single clickable link pointing to an external URL. Use it to direct visitors to project demos, GitHub repositories, resume PDFs, published articles, or any other resource you want to surface. Clean and minimal — just a label and a destination.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Social Row Block">
  A row of icon-linked buttons connecting visitors to your social profiles. Supports GitHub, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Dribbble, Behance, and more. Place it near your header or at the bottom of your portfolio so visitors can find and follow you elsewhere.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Contact Block">
  Give visitors a direct way to get in touch. The Contact Block supports either a contact form (where messages are sent to your email) or a simple mailto link. Add it to the bottom of your portfolio so potential clients, employers, and collaborators can reach you easily.
</Accordion>

  New blocks are added regularly. Check the builder for the latest available blocks — you may find new options that fit your portfolio perfectly.
