# Customize Your Portfolio's Design and Appearance

> Learn how to personalize your Folify portfolio with themes, accent colors, fonts, and responsive layout — all without writing a single line of code.

Folify lets you adjust colors, fonts, and themes to match your personal brand — all without touching any code. Whether you prefer a sleek dark mode or a clean light layout, the design panel gives you direct control over how your portfolio looks and feels to every visitor.

## Themes

Folify offers both a **light theme** and a **dark theme** for every portfolio. You can switch between them at any time from your portfolio settings. All templates fully support both modes, so your layout, typography, and content blocks look polished regardless of which theme you choose. Picking the right theme is a simple way to set the tone of your portfolio — dark themes tend to feel modern and technical, while light themes often feel clean and minimal.

## Colors and Fonts

Open the **Design panel** inside the builder to customize your portfolio's accent color and font choices. The accent color appears throughout your portfolio on buttons, links, highlights, and other interactive elements — choosing one that reflects your personal brand ties the whole design together. Font selection lets you pair a heading typeface with a body typeface so your portfolio reads exactly the way you intend.

## Responsive Design

Every Folify portfolio is automatically responsive. Your portfolio adjusts its layout fluidly across mobile phones, tablets, and desktop screens — no extra configuration required on your part.

<Note>
  You don't need to do anything to enable responsive design — it's automatic. Every block, image, and section you add is already optimized to look great on any screen size.
</Note>

## Branding

The free plan includes a **"Built with Folify"** badge displayed on your published portfolio. If you'd prefer a fully unbranded experience, upgrading to the Pro plan removes the badge so your portfolio feels entirely your own.

<Tip>
  Keep your design consistent with your personal brand — use the same accent color and font across your portfolio for a polished, professional look that visitors will remember.
