These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Folify platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of the service. By using Folify, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Folify, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Folify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
  • Use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Folify’s systems, servers, or other users’ accounts
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to disrupt or interfere with the service’s operation
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
Folify reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach, notify us immediately at support@folify.me.
Never share your account password with anyone. Folify staff will never ask for your password.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to Folify, including your portfolio text, images, and project details. By using our service, you grant Folify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your portfolio will remain active on the paid plan until the end of your current billing period, after which it will revert to the free plan. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically apply only to eligible cases such as billing errors or verified platform unavailability. 6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and work hard to keep Folify fast and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, apply updates, or make modifications to the platform, and this may occasionally occur without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by temporary service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Folify is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service. If your account is terminated for a Terms of Service violation, you will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining paid subscription period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the features of our service. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the Folify platform. Your continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
